Hop Brew - SISTERS

Called ahead and pre-ordered our dine-in dinner. The staff was great. At the time I called they were crazy busy. I asked if we can pre-order dine-in and they were okay with placing in boxes If there isn't any seating. We lucked out and found seating for 8 of us. If there isn't room on the patio, you can set out a blanket on the lawn. We ordered the carnivore pizza, vegetarian, Caesar salad, and house salad. Everyone enjoyed the food and wide variety of beer on tap.

One stop for coffee, beer and pizza! It's going to be a hot night. Don't want to be thirsty. Why I'm filling up my brown jug with 64 ounces of some best North West style craft brew by Boneyard RPM IPA of Bend. It's floral hitting that grapefruit note. Plenty bitter better. Not so much malt. Cold fresh, Hop and Brew tap house. Tap tap tap! My mug is chilling in the chiller. Ready to filler and sip or chug a lug. Fresh hops on my lips with every sip. Get that better bitter tingle as it rolls down the gullet. Boneyard as for me and my gal! Hop and Brew Has 36 taps best brews in the Bend area. Take a pint inside with a sandwich or a pizza. Or sit outside on the convivial patio. Or play a little game of corn hole toss on the lawn. Chow out! Brew out! Just out!

Cute place with a nice beer cider selection plus coffee, so clever name. Outside seating has actual hops growing around the patio so that was cool. We ordered a couple flights to get a fun variety of beers and ciders and enjoyed the drinks. We ordered the family size HB salad which was delicious.we also ordered 3 pizzas, the supreme, traditional cheese, and the sw taco pizza. We asked about the Yelp check in offer and the nice cashier asked a manager but he just said no we don't do that. So we were disappointed not to get the little perk. Pizza was ok, a little burnt on the crust but flavors were decent. The taco pizza was spicy and topped with a lot of lettuce. Not our favorite place to dine in Sisters but worth a stop for a brew.

Just passing through town and decided to stop for lunch. So good!! We will definitely be making this stop again and will recommend to anyone we know passing through the Sisters area. Pizza was amazing!!!

Stopped in on my way home to Redmond for a beer and personal pizza. The Schillings Passion Fruit Cider Is so yummy, and the pizza! Oh my goodness!!!! Don't know how they do the crust, but it has to be one of the best I've ever had! Yum. So glad I stopped in! Definitely recommend.
