Went here for sister 's 21st birthday dinner with family. Waitress was completely clueless. She couldn 't open the wine bottle to start and was not the wine we asked for, but did not want to make a stink, and was slow on service. She had 3 tables and we were a party of 7 and her other tables were parties of 2 and 3. Upon delivering the appetizer, some of it was spilled all over my dad. The server who brought it(who was different than our primary server) did NOT apologize. Our waitress did not apologize either. The food was decent, but way overpriced. After getting our entrees it was about 45 minutes before our waitress returned as we all sat there with empty plates waiting for service. After speaking with the hostess, the waitress finally returned to ask if we wanted to see a dessert menu. When clearing the plates, silverware was spilled on my mom 's head with again no apology. At this point in time we had already been in the restaurant for over 2 hrs. After dropping the menus, we sat for another twenty minutes waiting for the waitress to return. Now the night was ruined as frustrations grew and we ended up asking someone else for the check. We finally left the restaurant almost 3 hours after we sat down and my poor sister didn 't even get to order dessert on her birthday. This place is way overrated and we will not be returning. P.S. the handicapped parking is no where near the door making it difficult for people like my grandparents that have a hard time walking to walk uphill a ways to enter the place. If you have handicapped or elderly in your party, drop them off and then park. Having never been here before we were unaware of that beforehand. The closest parking spots are reserved for bakery only.
