Mooyah Burgers, Fries Shakes - Skillman

I arrived at 11:30 (with my presentation scheduled for NOON), and the order was INCORRECT! Nothing was packaged as it should have been; the red boxes were missing, and they gave me uncooked burgers. I explained to them that this order had already been paid for, and I needed to be at the hospital for my presentation at 12. As I sat in the store with my order still not ready, I realized I would be late for a professional commitment. I am beyond frustrated and will never return here again. I will also advise my colleagues to avoid ordering catering from this place.

In terms of pricing, it’s comparable to other burger chains. However, the quality of the burgers was quite disappointing. Everything turned out to be a soggy mess; the buns were squished, and the fries lacked any crunch. During my visits, I found the food to be overly salted to the point of being nearly inedible. I was really let down, especially since the menu boasts some great burger options. I just wish they paid more attention to food preparation. Service: Dine-in.

Horrible service! I ordered a plain cheeseburger and got anything but. When I asked about it. They argued with me that I was wrong. I know what a plain cheeseburger is. I will not go back.
