The Cavendish Arms - Skipton

This excellent little pub has the added benefit of being conveniently located with parking available at our residential property. We always make a reservation in advance and ensure we book a table to enjoy their truly outstanding cuisine. The owners are very nice and friendly. Additionally, just around the corner is the steam train where you can book outings—definitely try the Evening Cure Express; it’s fantastic!

Welcome! arrived in the opposite and tried a few places en route, all busy or closed. on the off-channels stood ahead and they could not have been more nice or helpful. table with lightness booked, eating was quickly served and was delicious, with good portions. all staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I said we were very welcome to park overnight in the campervan and wake up in a babbling stream tomorrow morning. highly recommended.

I just called it for a lunch on Sunday. I managed to sit somewhere. that's a good sign. ordered drinks and eating. nice friendly staff our drinks came fast and eating about 15 minutes later, what is exactly right to say how busy they are. we ordered both sampi and chips with garden. we both thought where excellent quality and cheesecake for the dessert 10/10 for the correct pub grub. when I'm back in the opposite will be back.

Fantastic stopover for motorhomes! The parking area is level, and the trees provide excellent wind protection. It's a friendly pub with delicious food and drinks. We stayed here for our first adventure in our newly purchased motorhome, and it was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend it and would certainly return when we're in the area again!
