Contribuisci feedbackIf I could give zero stars I would. There was a small wait time to be seated which is understandable. Once we were seated we looked at the menu and were ready to order. In those 30 minutes that we were seated four waiters passed by us, but no one directly came to take our order. We finally decided to leave because that’s just not acceptable.
I am incredulous that this place is not 1-2 stars. We sat at the bar on Monday afternoon to get served quickly. Apparently they no longer have a bartender. It appears we got a clandestine server who would periodically come behind the bar, as did other servers. To call this guy a server would be a gross overstatement. Soups came out last. Main course came out first. Had to continually be asked to refill drinks. Had to box up our own food. Did not bring additional condiments as requested. Sadly, the guy was completely clueless and bordering on incompetent. The 20 something year old manager could not have cared less. I am dumbfounded that their doors are still open. But I see why the restaurant was nearly empty and no bartender works there. They wouldn’t make anything from tip outs because the service is horrendous. That’s incorrect. The service is non-existent. The management and ownership are horrid. We gave it one more try. Last time we visited they had no heat in the winter. Oh well. If you’re going to be dumb, you better be tough. One more thing. There was trash on the floor in numerous places. Very inviting.
