Jimmy John's - Skokie

I had a disappointing experience at this Jimmy John's. If possible, I would recommend going to the one in Evanston instead. They frequently get online orders wrong, and when you politely ask them to remake your order according to the original request, they don’t even apologize. Instead, they just look at you like you're the one who's at fault.

This has been by far the worst dining experience I've ever had. Every time I order from here, the bread is always rock hard, and the meat is incredibly tough. The bread falls apart when I take a bite, and the sauce tastes absolutely terrible. I really don't understand what is going on with their food.

The prices here are 32% higher than at the Touhy store. No one could explain why a large order of 7 costs $21.35. It feels like a rip-off.

Excellent sandwich (as always) as well as fast, friendly service and a clean restaurant.

1 hour and 50 min for delivery! No apologies, nothing. Would not recommend this location.
