Contribuisci feedbackI ordered a pickup through the app on my way to work. The app directed me to go to the designated pickup area, but when I arrived, the door was closed. I could see the staff inside, but there was no sign indicating that the dining area was closed. I tried looking through the window to understand what was happening and explained that I had placed an order for pickup. They directed me to another location to pick up my order. I had been waiting for over 10 minutes and wondered if my order was ready. They told me to use the drive-thru since the dining room was closed. I explained that I had ordered online to avoid the line because I was on my way to work. While they eventually handed me my order, I felt like they muttered complaints about me being a liability. I understand they might be short-staffed, but instead of venting their frustrations towards me, they could have simply put up a sign on the door to inform customers that they shouldn’t be coming in. Additionally, my order wasn't even correct.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. I waited over 35 minutes in line, and it felt like an eternity. I ended up wasting my entire lunch break there. To make matters worse, they served me the wrong drink. The customer service was truly the worst I've ever encountered. Although they offered me free drinks, I still had to pay because of the lengthy wait. I wouldn't recommend this place.
It's 5:50, and their hours indicate they open at 5:30. The signs are lit up, but there are no baristas anywhere in sight. This is the fourth time I've encountered incorrect hours in the morning. Other customers also arrived and then left after a few moments. They really need to sort this out!
I work in the mall next to this dieucks and I often go there to get the same order and yet so incompatible. they often take the order wrong and forget to add some add-ons that I ask.
Things have really gone down on the drive thru on Sundays. Young lady was half awake or stoned at 130pm today. Rather than correct the error in output which was different than rung for 2 VENTI Coffee drinks, she downsized them and still got both wrong. Not gonna hold up the line but COME ON?!?! Have an on the ball individual at the drive thru window who has a brain and some humility not just aggro. Turned off Regular customer today 7/10/2022
