Was so excited to hear about Auntie Anne's opening next to Shop Rite. Would definitely be a treat especially food shopping however every single time I stop in, something is always wrong. Either it's 11:10 on a Sunday and they are still not open, almost 12 and still don't have pretzel dogs and at least 15-20 mins to make, the is never any ice tea or like last Sunday at almost 1pm the credit card machine wasn't working and still nothing made but one or two pretzels. The Sunday crew is usually not looking thrilled to be there and needs to speak a little louder.
I've tried to eat here at least 3 times. Each and every time I was told there was a minimum wait time of 15 minutes. I tried at 10 am when they opened, at 1030 am -a half hour after they opened, and again at 4pm. These were all on various days. It would be nice if they actually had the food ready for customers who are willing to pay.
I remember the first time I had the Pretzels of AA, It was the smell that attracted me here, and the softness of the bagels, with that great taste that always bring me back. I learned one thing: If the Pretzel is not fresh, and I mean recently made, do not take it, and wait for fresh one to come out of the oven.
Pizza pretzels are the best
