Contribuisci feedbackThe homemade chowder ordered. was absolutely disgusting. it tasted as if it had been made with baits instead of fresh quality seafood. was very gritty. as if the seafood was not properly cleaned.
Bad customer service. I have to wait 2 hours to get my take order: 3 broken fish 1 Calamari pack (6 Calamari chips) today 02/04/21 (good Friday). I ranked 1834 hrs I was told that the order will be available in 1930 hrs. I have arrived the load exactly 1930 clock if my order is ready. I was advised another 20 minutes. I check 1950 hours again and this time I was recommended there, another 4 commands before me. I was frustrated asking about the manager. the lady who took my order over the phone said she was the manager. I told her I had to talk to her boss. the male boss/owner came out and I discussed the problem about his manager. my contact number and the time of the clock that can pick up the order have been written in the order. the boss/owner offered a refund that I told him I am not interested in the refund, as there are 8pm my children waiting for their dinner. I said the dame, as a good manager, she should have told me about the phone that it will take 2 hours to take away my food if only I knew that the fish chips will last long, I canceled the order immediately. teaching: they can easily tell their customers I will give them a refund. as a good manager, if they think they can't deal with the scope of the orders they receive, they must honestly inform their customers. there is a contact number left on the order slip it back. it is not about the amount, it is the quality of the service they provide to their customer.

Just incredible! the difference in eating fresh fish! the crume and grill are the best fresh fresh! can not wait until they get back from the celebrations
We use to love this fish shop, not sure if has changed hands, or not, but it’s not so nice now. Crumbed fish is so thick all you taste is the crumbs it use to be lightly crumbed hate to try battered.
