Contribuisci feedbackGood food, bad service. Hangs up when you call them. They do not speak proper Danish and do not try to understand or give an answer when you try to ask a question. Here, the food clearly comes before the customers' experience and atmosphere. It is NOT handicap friendly. The tone and use of language are not quite up to par, and this particularly also applies to hygiene.
Haven't been to the restaurant or been in contact with anyone from there, but when I ordered my food via the foodora app I didn't get anywhere near what I ordered. I bought twice 3 chillicheese tops and some garlic bread but ended up only getting 3 chillicheese tops and a pizza with no toppings other than cheese and tomato sauce. Fortunately, I have been in contact with the foodora team and will get my money back, but I have to be honest to say that it is a disappointing experience. Would not suggest them.
Long delivery time but the food was still slightly warm when it came. Have also downloaded a pizza directly and asked to get it sliced but it did not. The pizza was very good and warm when I downloaded it. My recommendation is to pick up the food itself or eat on the spot.

Good food, poor service. When you call them. They don’t speak English and try not to understand or give an answer when you try to ask a question. Here the food is clear before the customers’ experience and mood. It is NOT disabled. The Ton and language use not in the top and this is extremely also the hygiene.
