As a member of the indigenous community, I was appalled to hear about the racism that occurred at this establishment. A group of young indigenous people were having a meal when they were subjected to racist behavior from an intoxicated patron. Despite attempts to address the situation, the patron was allowed to remain in the restaurant and continue being served. This type of discrimination is unacceptable, and I cannot support any establishment that condones such behavior. I urge my fellow Native Americans to avoid dining at this restaurant.
I was working in the area and wanted to find a place for a quick bite and a drink. It was a Monday evening, so it wasn't very busy. The server was friendly and helpful, recommending beers on tap and the food specials. I chose the Asian Combo with Chop Suey, Ginger Beef, Mixed Vegetables, and Chicken Rice. The meal was delicious and the portion size was just right. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. If I'm ever in Slave Lake again, I would definitely return to this restaurant!
The beer was cold, the appetizers are in order and the service was really good.
Nothing on hahn and little change of bottles/cass. nothing as described on their website.
Visited for a local get together. Prompt quick service. The food choices are numerous, good prices and tasty .
