Dairy Queen - Sleepy Eye

I wouldn't recommend this dq to anyone. The kid behind the counter didn't listen to my order. A person couldn't hear him when he spoke. As I watch him I saw several other customers very disappointed. He tried to charge me for my daughter's free kids cone from her kids meal, then he said the sprinkles were another dollar! He already charged me for that after we left I realized that and had told him to just leave them off . My daughter had a cold burger hardly any fries in her fry container. He never even rang up my order and I didn't realize that until my daughter got her order. I looked at the receipt and noticed he didn't listen and never rang my food up and the blizzard I ordered was only about 3/4 the way full but yet I was charged 6 fricken dollars. I will never stop at this dq again. I will tell everyone I know about the poor Ness of the service. I chose not to correct them because I was disgusted with the place. Can't even give them a 1 out of 10 for simple fact of seeing several other customers frown or have disappointed looks on their faces from the service or orders screwed up or the wait for the food.

The kid that took my order definitely needs to be trained more was super rude taking my order and was talking over me while I was telling him what I wanted

Me and my wife went there to get a blizzard after checking out the Christmas lights when ordering a blizzards I got a candy cane one or ordered one I got a chocolate one . The wife got what she but when they brought it to the window they did not flip it upside down and when I mentioned this she said oh we don't honor that at this

I only ever use drive through since i’m passing through the town, and i always get the chicken strip basket because it is THE BESTTTT chicken strip basket i’ve ever had from any DQ location. i’ve gotten it multiple times now and it is just amazing everytime. i literally have to fight the urge of going when i’m passing through sleepy eye sometimes because it’s just so good. idk how this location does it, but they need to go teach other locations that be lacking ???

Did a mobile app, was supposed to pick it up inside and it was locked at 7:50p ...was supposed to be open till 9:00p. Went to the back of the line of 5 cars and waited to get to the speaker and told them I had a Mobile order and that the doors were locked and they said drive up to the window. Instead of keeping my blizzard in the freezer or waiting to make it, they let it sit out it the heat for 15-20 minutes. So therefore by the time I made it to the window, he rudely handed it to me knowing it was warm, the blizzard was 100% runny, melted, warm and disgusting !!!! I didn't want to hold up the many cars behind me so I left totally disappointed and disgusted.
