Outback Steakhouse Slidell

So the food and drinks got off to a real rocky start. Wrong drinks given, and cold food. Service and customer service was great, though I do 100% think management should have comped at least 1 thing. Receipt was a mess and was not accurate. Shout out to Jared, dude is great at his job. I will say that the next day management/owner handled everything very professionally and I would probably dine here again because of the response.

My wife and I just had a wonderful experience in this restaurant. We both felt down in the middle of the week and decided to have a beer, a little wine, and some meat could change our view of things. When we sat, Audrey L began to take care of us. She was the perfect combination of waiting service. She was attentive without being disturbing. She was friendly and very polite. Our food was delicious, our beer was cold, the bill was very reasonable, and the atmosphere was fantastic. Just picking up, my wife and I have to go through the rest of the week. Thanks again Audrey for being wonderful.

I absolutely love the service at Outback in Slidell, it's always top-notch. This time I had Cameron as my server, and he was incredibly sweet and attentive. Even my kids couldn't help but mention how great the service was. Cameron was just so pleasant and made sure to regularly check on us before and after we received our food. The whole experience was truly fantastic. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning. Despite the many shops nearby, it's wonderful that we can still receive such amazing customer service. Thank you.

Cameron was absolutely amazing. He knew exactly what appetizers were the best. We loved both flowering shrimps and the steak dip. He also spoke to us in our ducks and our dessert. He made this experience absolutely the best. He was also punctual with drinks and got our salad and soup before our meal, which is amazing and we appreciate. We recommend Cameron as a server. He's wonderful!

Our server ANGELLE was so great!! From the time we set ourselves during our visit, the review, she was so friendly attentive personable. We really enjoyed the experience as we celebrated 3 birthdays on our visit. Food was great, service was even better!!! Thank you.
