Phở Bistro Vietnamese Cuisine

This was my first experience with pho, and it was fantastic! My server was incredibly helpful and guided me through the menu options. I chose dish number 14, which came with sliced round beef and brisket, and it was delicious. They provided a plate of bean sprouts, jalapeños, Thai basil, and cilantro to add to the broth, which enhanced the flavors perfectly. I recommend ordering the small size, as the portions were quite generous. I appreciate a quiet dining atmosphere, and they definitely delivered on that front. My only complaint is that they don't have an alcohol license; I was hoping to try a Vietnamese beer. Overall, it was a great first experience at Phoenix Bistro!

The portion sizes are just right and well-balanced, the prices are reasonable, and there's a wide selection of drinks available. The service is fantastic and delightfully quirky, creating a wonderful atmosphere perfect for those cozy rainy days when you can enjoy some Thai tea and hot Pho.

I ordered the Banh Mi Chicken sandwich, which was packed with grilled chicken, carrots, cucumber, and a delicious buttered mayo, all served on French bread. I opted for mine without jalapeños and cilantro. We also tried the deep-fried calamari, which was fantastic! The batter was just right, and it came with a tasty chili sauce for dipping. My wife chose the Pho Thai, a soup that includes broth, sliced beef, noodles, sprouts, lime, jalapeños, and cilantro. She rated it a perfect 10/10, and I completely agree—it's an incredible dish! We took everything to go, and I recommend asking for the Togo bowl; it's ideal for mixing all the ingredients into the soup. I ordered spicy noodles soup with beef, the meat in the picture is what I got, I don’t know what kind of meat they are, they don’t look like beef to me, look very disgusting and probably the worst part of the cow, I will never go back to this place again and hopefully my review can help other people from getting disappointed in this restaurant!
