Sweet Beat Cafe - Sligo

I dined here with my son last week, and the staff were incredibly friendly. It’s a cozy little café with a relaxed atmosphere. My son ordered pancakes, and they even prepared a small babyccino for him while he waited, as he was getting a bit hangry! I had the smoked beans and avocado, and I can honestly say it was the best bowl of food I’ve ever tasted—so many delicious flavors. The coffee was fantastic as well. The only downside is that it’s quite far away, but I would gladly drive two and a half hours to try more of their menu!

This is some of the best food I've ever had in my life! My wife and I are vegan, so we were thrilled to discover such an incredible selection. We had no idea just how outstanding the food would be. The super salad and avocado toast were absolutely fantastic, and all the treats are both delicious and healthy. Cheers to excellent, health-conscious cuisine! Five stars—thank you!

So many milk options so you can have your coffee anyway you like! Perfect nutritional vegan eating, being very health conscious and taste conscious I highly recommend to vegan and maybe convince non-vegans to ditch the meat. The superfood salad is value for money, so filling and tastes so good! Last but not least the staff are very warm and welcoming and greeted me with lovely smiles to brighten the mood on this rainy day!

This morning on the Pat Kenny show on Newstalk, a chef discussed vegan dining, and a listener named David from Dublin sent in a text. He mentioned that he had recently dined at Sweet Beat in Sligo and found it to be the best vegan food he had enjoyed in a long time.

Obsessed with this place! Had the Vegetable Biryani which was absolutely divine, light and yet filling. My mam had the mango smoothie which was again, scrumptious!! This place is a must if you're a veggie, healthy eater or a foodie!! Honestly one of the best vegetarian/vegan restaurants I've ever been to
