One person at our table ordered the deluxe burger, which was supposed to come with Thousand Island dressing but did not. The server did bring some on the side after I inquired. However, the burger itself was quite bland, and the bacon was raw and undercooked. I mentioned this to the server, but nothing was done to address it. The kids’ mac and cheese was served at room temperature or colder, and at $9, it felt overpriced. The fries that came with all our meals were also cold. To top it off, it took half an hour for us to get someone else's bill, and we were informed there were computer issues. We were charged for soda water that we didn’t order, but we were so tired of waiting that we decided to just pay the bill and leave. I wasn’t given a copy of the receipt, and none of the issues I raised were acknowledged—there wasn’t even a simple apology. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this restaurant.
