Herbies Pizza - Slough

Clean and tidy place. Warm and hot pizza. Great customer services. Must try when in Slough. Would love to reccommend.

I remember this place best for the burgers which are always fresh and pizzas are good also considering you have so many options nowadays i would consider herbies up there with the likes of domino's and pizza hut

I recently received a delivery from Herbie's Slough, a takeaway that I have been patronizing for many years. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the food. The pizza was bland, the chicken goujons and ribs were inedible, with the ribs being undercooked, posing a potential food safety concern. Despite immediately raising my concerns after delivery, it took several days of follow-up before I was able to speak to a manager. When they finally contacted me, the staff member seemed dismissive, claiming that no other customers had complained about the food that night. I was not only displeased with the food but also the customer service. I highly recommend avoiding this establishment at all costs.

I recently ordered from Herbies and my food arrived 1 hour later than expected. I spoke to staff on the phone who assured me of a refund, but it never arrived. The customer service was shocking. The pizza was also very cold upon delivery. It's no surprise, considering I live only a 5 minute drive from the store.

I want to thank Pria Sharma and the entire staff at Herbies once again. I recently had my favorite customized pizza delivered, and like always, the service was excellent and the food was delicious. Keep up the good work!
