First, my online order was mins late, both pizzas were cold as well as the starter that tasted, the second starter was not delivered. I asked that the door should not be knocked because my daughter's night shift works, but the driver ignored my comments. as my daughter complained that the person who made the pizza answered the phone, he was rudely aggressive and rude to her, which is unacceptable, I will not go into the pizza hut and lift this opportunity with her main office

I had a very bad experience last night at Langley Pizza Hut. I ordered a veggie sizzler pizza and found meat in it. When I called to complain, the manager, named Themy, told me they couldn't do anything about it and just said sorry. I insisted that someone should take responsibility, as this was against my religious beliefs. Themy promised to find out who was working that day and update me, but when I tried to follow up, I was put on hold or my calls were not answered. After multiple attempts, Themy again said they couldn't do anything about it. He then transferred me to someone named Zeena, who told me she would pass along my complaint to the area manager. I will never order from Langley Pizza Hut again due to their poor customer service and lack of accountability.

I must say that this is one of the best pizzas to take away and their quality is one of the best. they have many offers in summer in addition to Tuesday. it is really worth for money also staff is very friendly.
