Hungry Jack's - Smithfield

I ordered dinner and found a hair in my burger, which was not the first time this has happened.

I ordered 5 frozen drinks yesterday, and noticed that the workers were busy. However, I was taken aback when one of them opened the restroom doors - the area was in terrible condition. Why is it so difficult to keep the toilets clean and freshen the air? I will not be returning.

I recently took a quick lunch here. if they have ever eaten at a hjs, they know quite a lot what to expect. eating is nothing to inspire, but it is better than to go hungry.

The pulled pork burger was terrible, way too sweet! I couldn't even finish it, the brown sauce was so sweet it was almost inedible. I definitely wouldn't order it again.

The food is usually served a bit on the cold side. When you ask that the burger does not have Tomato, sometimes they remove it and some times it comes with Tomato. You tell them it's for dining in and sometimes they give it to...you in a Brown bag ready to go. The tables are usually dirty and not cleaned often enough.
