Kfc Munno Para - Smithfield

At 10.30 a.m. to this to kfc. I am the second car in the drive through. and my order placed I had to repeat myself to the guy who took my order and then he asked me again. I couldn't believe how hard it is to take one if it was only too auto, in the drive through I just didn't want to repeat my own again, so when I wasn't back my order again the next was only until the first counter. I think all the workers must have heard one because it was frustrating. bad service and I mean bad,bad, if I could give him a star, it would be 3x lower than what they're doing, I couldn't give them any stars.

I visited KFC on a Friday night, expecting a wait in the drive-thru line. My boyfriend pulled into the inside waiting lane, where we found ourselves stuck behind several other cars. Meanwhile, we watched as one, two, three, four, and even five cars in the outside line quickly made their way to the ordering box, paid, received their orders, and drove off. After nearly 45 minutes with no movement at all, we were still in the same spot. To make matters worse, the people walking around outside gave off an unsettling vibe, so we felt compelled to lock the doors and roll the windows up for safety. KFC might want to consider installing cameras facing the drive-thru for the safety of their customers and to help ensure a more efficient and fair line process. On a positive note, the chicken was delicious!

It,s not clean they need to periodically keep it clean

On October 12, 2022, I purchased a 10-pack of wicked wings around 1 PM. My six-year-old granddaughter ate three of them at 1:35 PM and four more at 6:30 PM. By 11 PM, she started vomiting throughout the night, a total of five times. At that point, we didn’t make the connection. The next afternoon, my wife ate the remaining three wings that had been left in the fridge. She experienced an upset stomach without vomiting, but the following morning she had severe diarrhea. We can’t say for sure if it was the chicken wings, but it’s certainly suspicious, as I had eaten all the other food they both enjoyed except for this KFC order. At least they mentioned the wings tasted okay.

I ordered a KFC burger box for $30.00, and it was absolutely terrible. The chicken was stale, the lettuce was old, and the buns were unappetizing. The fries were also disappointing. Overall, I was very disappointed with my experience and won't be returning.
