Twisted Owl - Smithfield

The restaurant had been open for three months when I visited. While it serves the purpose of providing drinking water near the hotel, unfortunately, that's about all it has to offer.

I highly recommend avoiding this place at all costs. You might find yourself being ignored, and it's likely that you'll even feel as though you're not prioritized. The staff seemed more focused on assisting others rather than providing service to me.
