Boston Pizza - Smiths Falls

There was a mix up with our order but they went above and beyond to fix the issue. Exceptional service, thanks so much!

We had a great experience. We were out to celebrate my husbands 70th birthday. It was our whole family. Cindy our waitress was wa wonderful.Kid-friendliness: We had 3 children under 12 and they all got food from the kids menu. When we arrived there where colouring books and crayons for all 5 children already at the table.Parking: Being located in the mall there is plenty of parking.

One of the best BP places we have been too. Everything is so fresh and tasty. The place very clean and service is always fast here.

I went to the Smiths Falls one, they like to rush people in then out. Stop eating for a minute or two was ask if I wanted to take it to go. I said no and they did the same thing when I was having my dessert. Kept getting ask if that is everything and if I wanted to take anything to go, I was like no thank you. Ended up getting the galaxy fishbowl drink, it was awful, second drink was so strong, it was horrible. It was a bad experience being rushed and given such poor quality food. The hamburger had no toppings, and gave 6 onion rings, it was a three dollar up charge for the onion rings. Holly you need to have patience and understand what good quality food looks like. Will not be going back at all.

We enjoyed pizza on the patio on a lovely evening. The food was great, and the servers were very friendly.
