Burger King - Smiths Falls

Recently, the food quality at this restaurant has been disappointing. The level of customer service varies depending on who you interact with, but Janet is a delightful lady!

I have had a positive experience so far at this Burger King location as they have not made any mistakes with my order. The staff members were friendly and the food was tasty. However, the ambiance could use some improvement, particularly in terms of the lighting and fixtures to enhance the interior appearance.

The restaurant got my order wrong both times I visited, and the staff had a bad attitude. It took over 20 minutes to receive my order. Overall, my experiences at this restaurant were horrible. It's not worth your time to dine here.

Yeah, it's a Burger King, but it was great. Service was quick, food was well prepared, and the dining area looked newly updated and clean. What else do you want?
