Harvey's Swiss Chalet - Smiths Falls

My wife and I both ordered a hamburger and a side of onion rings at this restaurant. Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the lack of char-broiled flavor in the bland meat patties and the almost burnt texture and taste of the onion rings. We also requested hot peppers on the side but never received them. The service was very slow, likely due to being short-staffed. Overall, the food was subpar and we have no plans to return. There are plenty of other restaurants nearby to choose from instead.

Yesterday at around 8:30pm, I ordered two Angus burgers which took 23 minutes to make. Unfortunately, they were not cooked properly and were cold in the middle. Additionally, they did not seem to be actual Angus burgers as I had ordered. Disappointed with the experience. - Wayne D.

Pick up take out 2 half chicken dinners Average food ...as expected Service sub par .... Poor customer service....and attitude .... Effective management lacking here

Went to the Smith's Falls Harvey's for lunch in December and watched the cook mop and touch garbage while waiting for the burgers to cook. He then used the same bare hand, from the mop, to put the cheese on my burger while touching the rest of the bun. I pointed it out to our server who agreed that she saw it and asked if I'd like a new one. I should have asked for my money back but i was in shock from what i had just witnessed. Don't think we will be returning with the current hygiene practices. What is happening to out food out of our view?

The food was terrible. The chicken was really greasy and the fries tasted like they were from Harvey's. I will never visit this restaurant again. I ordered a large fry, but it came in a Harvey's box and was only half full. There was also no coleslaw. I have no idea why this place is still open.
