Insignia Prime Steak Sushi - Smithtown

The food was outstanding! Every bite tasted like the first delicious bite. Our waiter, Vinny was very attentive, nice, and patient. Everytime we go there we have a wonderful experience. 10/10 reccomend!

We had a great meal. Rubens our waiter made the experience quite memorable, he was fantastic! All in all can’t wait to go back.

George was such a nice guy!! Different staff members continually checking our water and clearing finished dishes. Noise between booths was quite loud and in general a noisy atmosphere. Could not carry on a conversation with my family members across the table from me which was very frustrating and disappointing. Was my son’s 20th birthday and he’s always wanted to try your steaks and wasn’t disappointed with your top Kobe steak!(was a splurge for his birthday!! As well as George paying constant mind to the fact that it was his birthday and putting the sparkler on his dessert was a nice touch! Very sweet! Of course very pricey but expected for steak. Not sure why other food so pricey.

After having a wonderful birthday dinner with my wife at this phenomenal restaurant I felt the need to make a review… Rubens was an absolutely fantastic waiter!! He was extremely nice and professional, he clearly explained all the menu items and was on a mission to make sure my wife had a wonderful birthday dinner!! Will definitely be requesting Rubens the next time we dine here!!
