We have eaten here several times. Normally it 's a good experience with good food. This time the food with still pretty good but the service was horrible. We came during an off dinner hour, about 4:15. Maybe 3 tables with customers. It took a long time for our order to be taken, we never got drink refills, the food also took a long time to arrive. However, what made me write this review in the first place was that they didn 't have soap in their bathrooms. My husband went to one of the employees and told them that, and what was their response? Oh there is some hand sanitizer on the table over there. So basically I guess the employees that handle your FOOD don 't wash their hands, so unsanitary. I ordered the Nachos Supreme this evening for a carry out. And my order was wrong and a complete mess! It was just thrown together with beans on top of beans, and very little meat if any at all. I will NOT order this item ever again! And for the future, I will make certain to check my order before leaving the restaurant! The chicken was a bit hard and they didn't put in my order when I ordered. In fact they came out to take my order a second time almost an hour later. I spoke with multiple employees to get it figured out. I did not ask to speak with a manager. It tasted great. I will of course give a second chance I'm not a jerk. Lol
