Employees were very Friendly and helpful. Food was out in a few minutes. Restaurant was clean.

I have been eating at this Krystal location for 18 years and have never had a bad experience with the food or service.

It's always empty The food is ok Always fresh fries because there's no line I normally waited 3-5 minutes.

Sat at the drive thru for over 25 min. 1 car was waiting at the window when I pulled in and made my order. 23 min wait at the window. Asked manager if there was a problem that it was taking so long she stated bluntly yeah they are in the middle of changing over . While waiting heard her berating an employee over how to do the transaction and her repeadly asking where Mark was. Finally I tapped on the window and told them to cancel my order i had waited long enough and needed to get to work. The employer stated she hasn 't rung you up yet I don 't think. No apology from anyone just given my card back. No excuse for this they weren 't busy.

Krystal in Smyrna TN. I have been to this location NO less than 350 times. On 3-11-24 at 7pm this location went down fast. Owner watch the cameras and see. People watching TV and doing nothing, new manager handling food with NO gloves after playing on his cell phone and many cars waiting on the curb plus inside the place. What a mess. Wait times over 45 min. Yes 45 min wait times????? If you cannot handle stress then leave.
