Mcdonald's - Smyrna

I got coffee in the drive-thru. Had to wait, but it was worth it because the coffee was brewed freshly. Person who brought it out was very friendly.

Fast food, what a joke. I sat in the car thru waiting for about 15 minutes to get my food. It was terrible that the Pommes were cold. The service at McDonald's site in Smyrna on Lowry St needs to change if you can't do better than you all need to get new jobs, hopefully serve something else than people's food. Because it's just unacceptable. The managers also have to come to the ball, because you should set an example for your workers. To talk a lot and watch phones, but I think that happens when you rent a few kids.

The staff are very nice and the bathrooms are pretty clean! Even the food is great.

Just from here, the pommes were full and literally cold. The mosquito I ordered was like tasting cardboard. I'm absolutely shocked how disgusting this food was. Future advice?t EVER go to this McDonald?s. Better go to Nissan Dr. WAY.

I ordered 2 6 piece chicken nugget happy meals and got home and one of the happy meals had NO chicken nuggets!! Tried to call and phone goes to a voice mail that does not work! So Mickey D's you owe me some chicken nuggets!!
