Pita Mediterranean Street Food - Smyrna

I had a gift card for this restaurant that was issued a few months ago. When I tried to use it, the staff informed me that they had recently changed their computer system and were no longer accepting gift cards. I am confused as to how this can be considered ethical customer service, as the gift card was not meant to be a non-food-inclusive donation to the company.

During my visit, I ordered the spicy grilled chicken pita. Last time, I tried the grilled chicken platter. The food is tasty and the wait times are acceptable. The only downside is that I wish the portion sizes were a bit bigger.

This was my first time dining at this establishment and while the food tasted good, the portion size compared to the price was not worth it. The meat was extremely thin, especially on the child-sized portion, which was half the size of what it used to be. Overall, I do not think it is worth the visit.

I loved loved this place loved! they offer a great selection of options, fresh ingredients and delicious food! the gyro salad was delicious and the baba ghanoush is from this world! her personal is very friendly and patient, they detail every single element in the menu to help us decide our best option. 100% recommended

I got the falafel bowl and it was very dry. Flavor in the rice and veggies was there but the falafel was over cooked and lifeless. They put the tiniest amount of sauce on it, definitely needed something. Service was good though- probably not coming back
