I placed an online order at 6:15, and the store notified me it was ready for pickup at 6:19. However, due to heavier traffic than expected, I arrived at the restaurant at 6:34, only to find they hadn’t even started preparing my sandwich. I ended up waiting there for them to make it, which kind of defeats the purpose of ordering online, don’t you think? I guess they might be prioritizing their Postmates deliveries. On a positive note, the sandwich was delicious—definitely one of the best I’ve had from Subway.
The sandwich I ordered was quite good, and the server had a mostly pleasant attitude. Overall, it was a decent experience.
Every time I visit this restaurant and place an order, I have a really positive experience. I have no complaints at all. The staff is consistently friendly. Keep up the excellent work!
I really appreciate the one man who works here in the evenings. I don't know his name, but on my last few visits, there was a woman who was lively, chatting, singing, and dancing while he was mopping the floor. After I sat by the window for a few minutes, he noticed me and came to take care of my needs. He always seems to be working when no one else is around. I eat here at least once or twice a week, and it's consistently been like this.
