The Bistro - Smyrna

The food was incredible! The service was outstanding, but what really stood out to me was the atmosphere. This is the closest I've ever been to a "Cheers"-like bar. As a bartender, I don’t get impressed easily, but the way everyone interacted with each other was remarkable. The entire bar was singing together. I will definitely stop by whenever I’m in town!

I'm from Buffalo, and I actually found the wings to be quite good. The atmosphere is pretty cool, but it's worth noting that smoking is allowed inside, so I might be risking my health from secondhand smoke. But hey, it could be worth it!

This is a fantastic spot for bar food and drinks. I ordered the fried shrimp, which was served alongside a house salad. The shrimp came with a selection of vegetables and a roll, accompanied by both cocktail and tartar sauce; I opted for sautéed spinach with onions and tomatoes as my vegetable choice. My friend ordered a burger with potato wedges, which was topped with fresh lettuce and tomatoes and cooked perfectly to medium rare, just as requested. We both enjoyed everything that was brought to our table with great enthusiasm. Doc's is a classic neighborhood bar; although the decor feels a bit dated, it is well-maintained, and smoking is still permitted inside! I've dined here before and have always left satisfied!

This place is like the neighborhood cheers. Drinks are cheap and strong. Bartenders are super attentive and friendly. The crowd is always mixed and a good vibe. Only thing missing is hookah and a DJ
