Waffle House - Smyrna

Absolute regrettable co-workers! I was told that I couldn't be served because the cook went. 3 people in the kitchen, a cook yourself a meal or possibly a customer? good, quick trip was over the street! I hate it because I love waffle house, but after this experience I will never think of them. I'm sure it's just this place and it does that the employees don't want to do their job, but I'm gonna think twice before I go to the waffle house.

That was our first time in this waffle house. we had always had good experiences with those in west cobb, but this is not one I would go back to. they greeted you with good morning when you walked in the door, but then forget it. our server had a chip on the shoulder and seemed hesitant to wait until we ordered before she left. I don't think she smiled all the time and seemed to wait for us to say something she could argue with. we thank her and was polite when she brought our food. even our tween noticed their rudeness. when checking out I asked for a bag to put our rest in the net and even then another server that was annoyed like the customer. I tipped on the bill, but after the thing, I didn't wish. the tip is for the service and it was not there. the eating was good.

My server was amazing that she was so beautiful that I originally went into me and my son was from florida and we were originally going to the morning and they were super busy, so instead of standing there and waiting and the poor hired feel more hastily we went and some sightseeing and came back later when they were not so busy and all the workers thanked us for it, and they were all so nice that it was so that it was my

What is the point to say they are 24 hours when they close at 11!? why not update your hours online? Why stare at me when I ask what's going on, instead of communicating what's going on? Why are they blocking the doors, but are they like they working when they're closed? simply do not make sense and I will make sure that everyone does not come here! missed on a quite hefty order for production because the doors locked

Jason and Sienna sp? were the best waitstaff we've ever encountered. Yall. We feel like we went and just sat down with FAMILY. Got hugs in the end and prayers said for all. I. Freakin. Love. Waffle. House! Shall I mention that my very particular over medium eggs (yoke still very runny, whites thorough cooked) were PERFECT?! And the WAFFLE. Sigh. I'd go back to this place just for the staff, alone. Thank yall, for absolutely astounding service and big hearts that genuinely beat for others. WE had a blast...with great, fresh breakfy..
