Willy's Mexicana Grill - Smyrna

My family goes here all the time, but this place goes downhill. The last couple of times? We're gone? ve said we'd never be back, but this time? I'm done. I hope management sees this because so many other families feel the same. The children who work there are clearly miserable. No smile, no hello? They're running around like they have all the time in the world and there's no line. It takes 20 minutes to get a family of 4 meals even if there is no one in there. They scratch the last pieces of evil looking food from the bins and it never tastes fresh as before. We give our business the very local, very fresh Taco T?s on the street from now on. I hope you can bring it together before it's too late!

This place was visited for the first time and I was very impressed. The staff was very friendly and efficient, restaurant was clean, although busy. Great work from Wes and his whole team will definitely be back!

Once Willy's was my favorite Burrito place, but... This (Smyrna) was pretty dirty. Eat on the floor, on the counter near the sauces, and simply not very clean. I even had to wipe the stand and the table. To round it off, two bites and my burrito fell apart. And I had similar experiences in Sandy Springs and Perimeter. I don't think that the different locations in Atlanta have kept up to the high standards of the Hapeville site I used to go back to the day. I really hope that the founder (Willy) can clean these restaurants because the Burritos I'm used to are really good. It is only that these satellite sites do not meet the standards they originally had. I had a conversation with The Clark Howard at the Hapeville site about how good these Burritos are. I know the potential is there. I cost it and I had it before. And the store was clean at that time. I know this can be done.

Clean, bright inside. Very pleasant atmosphere. Friendly staff. Fresh food cafeteria style. Many options. Chips and salsa bar. Fresh lemonade available, tea or soda. We had the Baja chicken Burrito. Delicious Definitive will return.

I came in and order a chicken burrito and it was really good. Bryan made my meal and was very friendly, Wes checked me out and made sure I was good before I left. Will definitely be coming here again.
