Contribuisci feedbackI had a delivery order from another snellville location. I had 2 items missing from my order. I was not aware that there were 2 locations. I explained my situation to Logan and Cailee. Logan was very nice and had the food prepared for me since I hadalready made the drive there. Honestly I?ve been working in Customer Service for a long time and it?s very rare for people to goabove and beyond like that. They literally had no obligation to help me and could?ve easily sent me to correct location. Insteadthey took out from their own inventory and time to resolve my issue. I?m very appreciative for that. Saved me a lot of time,gas, and maybe some stress tears lol.
This location like others is hit or miss. Due to lack of servers everywhere wait times are given though tables available. Food was great and server/bartender was the best. Though menu has changed she offered an item that has been off the menu for years,the Monterey Chicken!
The staff were all nice and polite, clean restaurant and food was good!
Lunch time, seated quickly, served timely but also allowed to enjoy ourselves and not feel rushed. Food was good, order was correct, and staff was friendly and attentive. Never ran out of drinks. Always a good place to go!
The bartender with the short, pink hair is amazing. She is always friendly and takes good care of us. Unfortunately, the kitchen can not get the orders correct, out in a timely manner, or cooked appropriately. Food was either burnt or raw. Tasted terrible.And we did not get what we ordered, twice. This is why we usually drive all the way to Loganville to go to that Chilis.
