Waited for 20 minutes to get the wrong food. They do the tactic where they have you pull up then drive backwards to make it look like you’re in and out. Desperately needs better management or employees that at least care a little bit.
If I can give 0 stars I would light skin chick with New York attitude straight ghetto ,everyone there not wearing name tag . I came at 830 and they close at 1 . I don’t know what’s is the attitude for when you clearly have 4 hours remaining to close at least. She made me pull up and then drive backwards if u don’t like your job then find another job. When she was taking the order she rushed me couldn’t even talk without her talking over me . And if the management allows that they need to not be manager no more cause it clearly shows what kind of business they are running. Zero customer service. I came in to place an order but no one came to the counter. The girl with the red braids was scrolling on her phone and touching people's food without washing her hands. I ended up leaving without getting anything.
