Aurum Food Wine Aspen Snowmass

Probably our favourite restaurant on our recent trip to Aspen Snowmass. Every dish was delicious and the atmosphere/ decor in the restaurant is also spot on. Would highly recommend.

Server was great, food was decent, however they charged us the same price for a bottle of wine with a newer vintage than what was listed and declined to discount the bottle they brought. It wasn’t until we complained to the manager on the way out that he somewhat understood why this is not acceptable.

New Years Eve dinner was amazing. Food was wonderful as was as our waitress. Each course was delicious. We will come back on our next visit to Snowmass.

First time visit but not the last! Everything exceeded our expectations. Started with Hummus, Curried Cauliflower and Bison/Elk Chili. All were outstanding. Followed up with Trout, French Onion Burger, and Grilled Chicken on a gluten-free roll. No leftovers! Upscale service, environment, and of course, food.

What a divine treat after a day on the mountain! Best wine list ever
