Somebody please tell Jack so he can properly train his employees that, You can not put a scoop of ice in a cup of hot coffee and call it iced coffee. ARE YOU PEOPLE CRAZY? And your remedy was to put additional ice in the cup and inform me that it would melt again. Never should of taken a chance on a iced black coffee. Surprised I didn 't have difficulty getting a refund after refusing to accept this watered down coffee.
If you're going to eat here I highly recommend the drive through because they put 100% of their attention there. Stood at the counter waiting for half my lunch break without anyone so much as turning to look at the front of house. No time left to get food here and no time to go anywhere else.. great.
Waited almost 30 minutes for the drive through workers to get their act together so I could ORDER MY FOOD.TOOK OVER 40 MINUTES TOTAL. JUST RIDICULOUS!!!Parking: Get in the drive through, you'll be parked for 45 minutes
Waited 15 mins in the drive thru get diet coke, zero flavor whatsoever. Ask to exchange first with a tone he tells me he can't take the cup well I asked for a sprite. Proceeds to give me attitude then completely ignores my request. Would be zero stars cause I have no drink...
