Following a recommendation, we went to Söğütalan by changing our route considerably while returning from Istanbul to Izmir. My wife is a complete gourmet and cleanliness freak. While we were going to the venue, we said we hope we won 't regret it. We didn 't. The first place we looked as soon as we entered were the sinks. It was immaculate. We met the owner, Mr. Zafer, and told him our reference. He couldn 't come to us right away because he was looking at the oven at that moment, but he made us feel his warmth and gave us the opportunity to look around the place. This is a family business. Ms. Elif was also taking care of the kitchen at that time and did not forget to say hello to us during her busy schedule. Just the kind you 'd see in Greece. Sincerity and naturalness dominate the place. Now everything is based on institutionalism, but here you find it as sincerity. Everything is in its place, everything is in order, the products are of high quality and clean. The employees are happy, friendly and spotlessly clean.
