Rainbow Sushi - Soenderborg

The Sushi made me happy and the sushi pieces were wider than the other sushi pieces I have had the pleasure of eating, I thank you

I don't understand all five star ratings here. A few in the rolls and Nigiri ordered and unfortunately the rice was well overcooked. Then again, we are probably using much better quality sushi places in Copenhagen. We do not understand the Rave about “best sushi I have ever tasted” from others. Really? It would have been better if the rice were not overcooked.

That could be the best sushi we've ever had. We picked up two meals here and on both cases the sushi was excellent.
