Stumbling across delightful towns is one of the hazards of travelling around slightly aimlessly, and the Hanseatic and Imperial City of Soest was such a visit of happenstance. After a look inside the delightful churches of St Patroclus of Troyes (who he, Ed?) And St Peter, it was important to have some lunch. Café Ferdinand was the choice.Just a couple of salads, but nicely presented. Friendly service - generally gemütlich.
Good traditional german food, in a lovely building with modern décor. nice service and reasonable prices.
