Fromme - Soest

Unfortunately, the great ambience of this house will not be enough for long. Breakfasts and especially the cakes and cakes are great!

A very nice little café in the middle of Soest. During each visit to the All Saints Kirmes there is a small coffee break and a piece of homemade cake is eaten. Here you get almost always a place, even with strollers that is not a problem. Unfortunately, access for wheelchair users is not possible

Guter ausgemachter Kuchen, Kakao sehr gut. Das Servicepersonal am Tisch immer freundlich. Aber der Service hinter der Theke, als Chefin, lässt mittlerweile zu wünschen übrig. Beim letzten Besuch bei einer Beanstandung war sie sehr unwirsch, heute war es nicht möglich am Nachmittag einen Zwiebelkuchen zu bekommen, da kein Personal in der Küche. Sorry, aber wofür benötigt man Personal, um ein Stück Zwiebelkuchen zu erwärmen, währenddessen die Chefin selber hinter der Theke mit griesgrämigen Blick steht und Däumchen dreht. Kundenfreundlichkeit geht anders. Sehr schade. Good made cake, cocoa very good. The service staff at the table always friendly. On the last visit to a complaint she was very surly, today it was not possible to get an onion cake in the afternoon as there was no staff in the kitchen. Sorry, but why do you need staff to heat up a piece of onion cake while the boss herself is standing behind the counter with a grumpy look and twiddling her thumbs. Customer friendliness is different. Too bad.

Traditionelles, klassisches Café, wie es sie heutzutage leider immer weniger gibt. Sehr gute Lage direkt am Marktplatz. Im Café Fromme gibt es noch altbekannte Klassiker wie sanfter Engel oder Eisschokolade. Sehr schön es müssen nicht immer Smoothies und Frappuccini sein. Günstiges, ansprechend präsentiertes Frühstück, das wir sehr genossen haben. Leider nur Barzahlung und keine Kartenzahlung möglich. Das ist im 21. Jahrhundert nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Great breakfast in the old town of Soest. Very nice and friendly service. The only thing I have to say is that two glasses of orange juice cost 9 EUR. They were more expensive than the whole breakfast. But highly recommended!
