This restaurant became our favorite high-end place in Sofia. A very intimate and delicate atmosphere. Very attentive and friendly staff that really keeps attention to every detail. The food is amazing with high-quality products and tasteful presentation. A must for all food in Sofia.

My second time here and again I was blown away! Nikolas 0/360 is not only a restaurant It's an experience! Balanced, well combined ingredients, each dish was a piece of art! I recommend cooking menu, the best way to get on this delicious food adventure. But if you choose a la carte, please order a desert! Believe me, you won't regret it, even if you don't have a sweet tooth!

Such great food experience. It is very quite place and from the street I've passed by many times without notice it. It has very elegant touch and the food is a fusion between balkan and Asian food. Worth a try. They have Prosecco di Valdobbiadene, 8 Leva per glass! We ordered the salad from special menu of the day (14 levas) with pomegranate, pears and blue cheese, gyosa, grilled halloumi and Carbonara pasta. I appreciated very much the salad. At the end we were very amazed by the dessert, made of violet flowers: it is a ball which was broken by the waiters and inside a violet mousse which was delicious. Particular note it is the little snakes the restaurant offers, at the beginning and at the end. There is a small terraces, the service was really fast and it is possible order a degustation menu of 75 levas. Full of nice paintings too. Lovely dinner !
