Spaghetti Company - Sofia

Extremely inadequate kitchen staff 's attitude , considering the open kitchen concept. They served me pizza with an undercooked (almost raw) crust and when I complained about it, I heard the pizza guys saying loudly to the server OK then, I 'll burn it this time and if they don 't like it , they won 't eat pizza or could go to the food court and get it from there . Kinda pathetic The waiters were polite and the other meal options look decent , but the atmosphere could be pretty annoying.

They basically have just one vegan dish (spaghetti aglio e olio). But it was delicious, with pasta cooked al dente in real Italian style and no strange additions (unfortunately pretty common in Bulgaria). I was having dinner with my family (not vegans, so they could try other dishes) and they were very happy with the pizza and the Italian cake. Honestly, the word Italian is quite abused around here, but this is surprisigly close to the Italian tradition. Good job, now just add more vegan dishes please!

Visiting the place six years later the same inadequate service, mediocre food added to unruly loudly speaking and cursing kitchen staff. The menu sounds great and you get a bottle of water as a compliment but still a lot to upgrade.

Terrible terrible food! Only good thing was the waitress which was amazing and is the only reason I gave a star. Avoid at all cost!!!

Good location, great for dinner between shopping. High quality of the food, friendly staff and nice atmospehere
