As the name suggests SEHAT ! And believe me they live up to It to fullest, I ordered a grill fish, which was perfectly grilled absorbing all the flavour and maintaining the softness though the portion was too much for an individual to have, sauteed veggies which were again too good and the stealer of the meal was watermelon rosemary drink ! If u haven't tasted it till now believe me I are missing alot something really cool Please maintain same taste and standard!!

Grilled Fish is really good. Ingredients in salad good. And do try their ginger drink. Extremely good and sustainable delivery experience for future healthy cravings as well

I ordered 4 dishes In grilled paneer with veggies, The paneer was garlic flavoured and was served with salsa sauce and veggies. Veggies were well seasoned and I loved the taste altogether. The brown rice were really good with veggies well cooked and delicious taste. They tasted like biryani but healthy . White sauce pasta is yummy as well as healthy as it is wheat pasta with less cheese and more veggies

A surprising discovery! Wanted to look for healthy options and went with the name and yes they did not disappoint. Chicken clear soup is really a show stopper, worth every penny. The sehatmand boxes are good options for quick and healthy bites. I tried the non veg curry and multigrain roti. The chefs special chicken salad was a little too sweet with salsa overdose. The only letdown was the chicken paratha, loosely filled and a bit thick with flour. Recommended, will definitely try again; especially the clear soup.
