Acapulco Mexican - Soldotna

I stop by here once a month or so. I've always had top-notch service and I've never had a friend not compliment their food or service. I strongly recommend their rockfish fajitas.

Located on the edge of town, this is, by far, the best Mexican restaurant in Soldotna. Their menu is diverse and the quality of their food is excellent. To find this quality of Mexican food in Alaska was a nice surprise

Great food! Great service! Very friendly and would highly recommend Acapulco to anyone visiting Soldotna. Sit out on the deck and look at the beautiful mountains and landscape.

I love your guys food but i did see a giant roach come from the kitchen i think i need to bring my gecko to exterminate it.

Even with it being Mother’s Day and the restaurant very busy, the servers were attentive and the service was very good. The food was fresh and flavorful. The serving sizes were large and worth the price paid. They have a great view overlooking the valley.
