We always sit at the bar in the back, its my favorite place. The bartenders on the weekend are always great. It doesn't matter who it is. They hire well, and the drinks are always great. Their beer list is hit or miss sometimes, but the cocktails make up for it. They will make whatever you want. The brunch food is fantastic, particular emphasis on their appetizers. I like the bacon wrapped scallops. Its on the water, and the entire place is old but beautiful. Plenty of outside seating in the warmer months.
Staff are cordial, friendly, and polite. Food is okay, it needs the salt and pepper that's already on your table when you're seated. They give complimentary bread baskets as well. Super cool environment with a window view of the water and bridge.
The service the food to die for. We love sitting on the patio with cocktails enjoying the breeze view.
I have just came home having dinner at this restaurant, we paid $220 for two and i am hungry as i had only the salad that was only dish that was fresh and delicious. We ordered soup of the day , two appetizers , salad , and two entrees plus wine . I have never had so bad food , the rice was from the refrigerator just warm up at microwave and you can taste the refrigerator. I am really upset with my visit . The view is really very beautiful and serves was perfect .But the food ruined my day.
This is what we expected. Quiet, secluded, private getaway. The food at the hotel was incredible. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful.
