UPDATE: I came back and they could make another sauce for the Parmesan cauliflower. Amazing food, great staff. I had the surfing and lawn without the cauliflower because it was gluten in the sauce. The shrimps and meats were amazing! They knew about gluten and made sure that what I ordered did not contain. However, I am asymptomatic, so I could not say whether it was cross-contamination.
