This restaurant has a relaxed vibe. The customer service is exceptional, and the food is incredibly fresh and delicious. I never noticed any food left sitting in warming pans; everything was truly made to order.

This is a fantastic place to eat. The quality of the food has definitely improved compared to before the pandemic.

The dining experience was enjoyable, though I did miss the fresh-cut chips. The fries were quite good, however. While it is a bit on the pricey side, it offers value for what you receive. It's a nice choice for those seeking a restaurant with friendly staff and a lovely ambiance for a meal.

This second of handmade burger co. had recently opened to ask for the future of the restaurant. as a regular customer, I had to check it again, of course. eating while using a condensed menu as if it was opened 2 years ago, works very well with still a lot of variety in the offer with many possibilities to customize their burger. service was friendly, polite and professional. our waitress tracey ensured our experience in the restaurant was very positiw and she was extremely helpful. I can't wait to go back.

Lovely welcoming staff, great range of burgers on offer. We had a bit of an issue, as went here before going to see a film next door at Cineworld. There was a kitchen issue, which meant a delay so our food was only going to arrive a short time before the film started. The staff were apologetic, explained the issue, and did all that they could to put this right. Mistakes happen, and their customer service was perfect in resolving this. We will definitely return for a more leisurely eaten burger!
