Always so friendly! and the female manager on Thursdays was just amazing. I had forgotten to get some cookies with my order and I had asked to add it but it turns out she couldn?t take money at the pickup window so she offered to cover it herself. Tried to pay her with cash and she still wouldn?t take it. Top notch service she could?ve easily just told me to go back around but she chose a simple act of kindness. Made my whole day.
The food was fantastic and served piping hot. However, the staff didn't seem to communicate effectively, which led to multiple mistakes with our order. Despite this, they were very friendly and quickly addressed the issues. I particularly enjoyed the outdoor seating with umbrellas at this location; I wish the one closer to me had that feature. It would be great if they could add some tall bushes to create a separation between the dining area and the drive-thru.
One of the better Chik-Fil-A's in the area. Food and service and both consistently good. Only complaints I have is sometimes on larger orders they miss a lot of the condiments/sauces. But otherwise the orders are always complete food wise.
I placed a catering order for nine people for a company meeting in Solon, OH. The Solon location took my order quickly, but on the day of delivery, we discovered that the salads and wraps had no dressing. When I tried to call the location for assistance, no one picked up, despite my attempts to reach them six times. I then called the catering hotline twice. During my first call, the representative told me to hang up and call the location again, even after I explained that I had already tried multiple times. On my second call to the catering line, the person I spoke to said he would transfer me to the location, but before confirming the transfer, he unexpectedly hung up on me, and the call never went through. As a result, three out of the nine people couldn't eat because the necessary items were missing at delivery. To make matters worse, the delivery driver didn’t check to ensure everything was included and simply left the receipt on the table before walking out. Because of this experience, my company will not be ordering from Chick-fil-A again. A reputable company should be able to address and correct their mistakes in a timely manner.
