Jim Alesci's - Solon

For dinner, I selected two sandwiches: a Big Guido and a tuna salad for my wife and me to share, along with a large cucumber salad. We ended our meal on a sweet note with their coconut desserts—delicious! With Christmas just weeks away, I couldn't resist buying a panettone bread as well. It brought back fond memories from my childhood when our Italian neighbors would always gift us a panettone for the holiday season. This was my very first visit to Jim Alesci's Place, and I can confidently say it will be the first of many. It's a little slice of Italy right here in Solon!

I had an amazing dining experience at this restaurant! The selection of food and wine is incredible. Today, I tried the chicken with mushroom sauce, and the special was lasagna, which was fantastic. They offer all kinds of wines and their homemade Kolaches are to die for. You absolutely have to stop by and eat here!

If you’re in search of a quick meal or a delightful Italian dining experience, this is the perfect spot. It’s our go-to for lunchtime. The staff is excellent and the food is amazing. Plus, there’s a charming little shop where you can grab some goodies while you’re there! Definitely check it out when you’re in the area.

Great spot to go pick up a delicious hot meal, delectable desserts, and of course fresh dough! I have fond memories of being a kid and every Sunday getting a bag of dough to make homemade pizzas. I now continue the tradition with my daughter. We love alescis!
